Some but not all 2022-23 dates are included below. Keep an eye on communications for this year’s details!

Summitt Spirit Days, Every Friday

Students, staff, faculty, and parents are encouraged to display their Summitt Pride by wearing the school t-shirt on Fridays. Designs on the shirts are proposed by 4th-grade students at the end of each school year and voted on by the students and teachers. Show your Summitt spirit on Fridays by wearing your shirt!

Meet the Teacher

Before school begins, you will be able to find out your student’s teacher and classroom, say “hi!”, and drop off school supplies at the Meet the Teacher event. Bring your ID and stop by the office to get yourself set up in the system for future visits to campus.

You will also be able to learn about many of the amazing programs at Summitt, including Watch D.O.G.S., Girl and Boy Scouts, Birthday Book Club, Math Pentathlon, the Koblenz program, and more!

If you and your child are unable to attend MTT, you can call the school anytime after 9:30 am that day to ask who your student’s teacher will be and you can drop off school supplies the first day of school.

BooHoo WooHoo Breakfast

Summitt PTA invites all parents of Pre-K and Kinder students to the BooHoo WooHoo Breakfast at the flagpole. After you drop off your child,  join other parents for some breakfast treats. Summitt PTA members and some staff will be on hand to answer questions.
