Plan to bring your family, neighbors, and friends to enjoy the wonderful carnival atmosphere, play games, and raise money for our school! Eagle Fest is our largest-attended PTA fundraiser and 100% of the proceeds go directly to our Summitt students!
To gear up for our event, we’ve put together all the necessary information for you here.

When: Sat. Oct. 19, 2019 from 3pm-6pm
Where: Summitt Elementary basketball court and playground
All of your old favorite games are back this year, as is our fabulous prize table. Buy tickets to play our fun games and earn tokens to exchange for prizes at our prize table. New this year will be a will be a Hockey game presented by Chaparral Ice and an instrument petting zoo by the Murchison band and orchestra!
Tickets can be purchased in bundles of 10 for $5.00. That’s only 50 cents a ticket! Approximately 20 tickets will allow a child to play each token-winning game at Eagle Fest once. An additional 20 tickets will allow a child to do every single game/booth/attraction. Hotdogs, cotton candy and popcorn will be available for purchase via tickets. A hotdog dinner for a family of four (4 hotdogs/4 bags of chips/4 waters) will cost 24 tickets.
In addition, Crush It Cones will be bringing their snow cone truck to cool us down. Please note, Crush It Cones will be cash only.
In case of rain, we will move the fun indoors to the Great Hall.
Eagle Fest Booth Volunteer Sign-Up
Eagle Fest runs on the willingness of each classroom to staff a booth. We ask every family to volunteer 30 minutes of their time to staff their child’s classroom booth. We’ve made it easy on you this year – all signups will be done on Sign Up Genius (no registration required). Signups are listed first by grade/ then alphabetical by teacher’s last name. Check back as the date nears for the Sign-up.
Thank you for volunteering. Eagle Fest cannot be a success without all of you and your support of Summitt!
Item Donations (drinks/chips/pop-up canopies and coolers)
Eagle Fest needs to borrow your coolers. If you have a cooler and/or a pop-up that you can lend us, please bring them labeled to the Great Hall this week. If you are unable to bring your cooler or pop-up to the school, contact us at email@example.com and we will arrange a pick up.
Don’t forget to bring in your donations – we are most in need of tall Pringles cans, 16oz water bottles, and 2 liter soda bottles.
