  • Coolers – Please label with your name/contact. Drop them off at the front office or leave by front doors near where the donation boxes are located. 
  • Pop-up tents – Please label with your name/contact. Drop them off at the front office or leave by front doors near where the donation boxes are located. 
  • BAKED GOODS for cake walk. – Bring Friday and drop at donation boxes by front or drop off at event.
  • Volunteer Shifts: We still have many openings for volunteer shifts, especially the 5pm hour. We will take anyone at any game. Here is the signup: https://signup.com/go/zWXrfvb

Cake Walk Items

Drop of store-bought bake goods on Friday before or after school, or on Saturday at the event. Here are some examples of items to donate.

Donations Needs

On behalf of the Eagle Fest Committee, we wanted to send a huge THANK YOU to our community for donating items above and beyond our expectations this week. We are so thankful for you. We no longer need these items as we have enough for Fest on Saturday

Donation boxes are in the front of the school. You can drop them off up until the event!

  • 2-liter bottles of drink for the Soda Toss game.

  • Juice boxes

  • Halloween Candy (non-chocolate)

  • Tall Pringle-style chips
