Experience Opportunity: Help Track PTA Spending

Your Summitt Eagles PTA needs help keeping track of our spending and fund-raising efforts!

If you (or a responsible high-schooler you know) is interested in getting some experience with Square and QuickBooks Online, you can help the PTA track our funding throughout the school year.  Tasks vary from week to week depending on the amount of fund-raising or grant-writing going on. August and October are generally busy months for the Financial Committee, whereas December and February are slow.

Types of Tasks include:

• Creating Square Reports to itemize store items sold
• Assigning amounts to correct budget line items using QuickBooks Online
• Checking corporate donation platforms for directed donations

This is an at-home volunteer opportunity that requires internet access and a computer. No time commitment is required. All Help helps in an all-volunteer organization like Summitt PTA!
