Marker Recycling Drive
The 4th grade Girl Scout troop 1446 will have a marker recycling drive to keep markers out of our landfill. This is how it works: your child, children and teachers will bring in used markers, dry erase markers, and highlighters for recycling. Any brand is fine. Next they will either take them to the library OR bring them to their teacher who will have a marked collection bag that we will come empty out regularly. Once our collection box in the library is full, we will mail them to Crayola for recycling! This marker collecting project is our troop’s community service project. Please donate as much as possible. And remember, recycle, reuse, and reduce.

Also, if you usually get your child at the Pick Up lane, please park your car and wait for your child to get their Kona Ice instead of waiting in the pick up lane.
