A Message from Mrs. Neill, our Campus Tech Facilitator
I hope you are doing well. Our teachers have reached out to help families get connected to AISD online resources, and I know there has been some confusion.

iStation has just sent us this information, please use it for help and instructions for installing iStation at home.  The app will need to be installed on your device- PC, Mac, iOS or Android. The tile in the student AISD Portal is only a link to the program.

If you need help with a student login, you can contact your teacher for that information. If you cannot find information or answers to your questions please feel free to email me, . There have been some issues that have needed to be fixed on our end.

Stay safe, take care, we miss you!

The Summitt Good News…Paper Quarantine Edition Student Survey
The editors and reporters of Summitt’s student newspaper are working on a quarantine edition of the newspaper and have some questions for your students. Your student does not have to answer all of the questions. They can pick and choose the ones they are comfortable answering. Here is the Survey.
The turnaround is pretty quick so please fill out the survey by this Friday, April 3!

Summitt Families in Need
Our world has changed in just a few short weeks. For many of us, this means working from home while trying to keep our children educated and entertained. But for some families, the situation is much worse, and they find themselves struggling to afford groceries. PTA and Summitt are unable to fundraise for this, but if we as parents make donations of gift cards, the counselors can make distributions to families in need. If you would like to help provide HEB cards to some of our families who have lost access to food, please contact Amanda Greene at

PLEASE Register Your Child Today for the 2020-2021 School Year

Returning & New Student Registration is now open. Please, please register as soon as possible to help prevent beginning of the year and mid-year staffing changes and allow Summitt to get the most resources possible! Visit the Austin ISD Parent Cloud ( to register your child for the 2020-2021 academic year.

Even if you are unsure of your next year options, you can still register and if something changes your child will simply be automatically dropped after they are “no shows” in August. This allows for our school to secure our teachers for the next year and it is always better to over plan than under! Thank you!

We currently have only 351 of the 861 students registered for next year.
